No Charges, so Hobley Can Collect $6.5 Mil.
Former Death Row inmate Madison Hobley will move to collect a $6.5 million legal settlement with the city now that the U.S. attorney's office hasn't indicted him in a 1987 arson fire that killed seven people -- including his wife and 1-year-old son.

Judge: Inmate Owes Millions for Murder
An Illinois prison inmate who killed his cellmate after allegedly warning at least three guards he would harm him has been ordered to pay the dead inmate's mother and her son's estate $13 million.
